Structure of the program:
Session One: posture and body analysis (measurements, body fast test, muscle imbalance, photos for a visual starting point)
Session Two: muscle activation and exercises (we go over most major exercises appropriate for you and your goals)
Session Three: understanding progressions & frequency, plus you get a great workout :)
Session Four: going over your final fitness plan, I train you that day so you know exactly how to execute it.
During our fitness sessions, I’ll explain everything we do, why we do it and how it will effect your body. This program is best for people who want to take their fitness into their own hands. It is an investment in yourself. In addition to the custom fitness plan I create for you, I’ll also make additional recommendations regarding appropriate exercise classes to help you get where you want to be.
The cost the program is $850.00
You will do this plan for 12 weeks (progressing it on weekly basis, which we will cover). After that you will change up the exercises. I will give you additional resources to do that. If you have trouble figuring it out, you can ask me, Ill make suggestions. If you need a reminder session or you would like me to design it for you I will. This service costs $250, I also train you that day.
Once you are my client you are always my client. If you have a question at any point (even if you don’t work with me on monthly basis) you can email, text or call me. No you don’t pay extra to ask me a question. Ill be happy to help you with whatever you are stuck with.

Fitness Education Program
Achieving a goal, means putting action steps in place and executing them. It also means knowing what you want and why you want it. Ill show you how to get it!!

Fitness Education Program is for people who want to learn how to properly exercise on their own after their complete the program and for those who have been exercising for a while but feel they are not making any progress.
This program will help you understand:
what exercises your body needs to meet your goals
how to properly activate muscles
with what intensity you should lift
how frequently you should exercise to reach your goals
simple tips how you can progress your workouts
cardiovascular training: how long, how often, what kind
how long should your workouts be
are you recovering properly
My specialty and passion is body shaping (in other words muscle building) and my focus is on getting results. Don’t expect any fancy exercises or routines. I use basic but proven methods and exercises. Results depend on correct muscle activation, correct exercises, consistency and right progressions - all of which I teach during the program.
