How does the program work?
It begins with you filling out this NUTRITION EVALUATION FORM .
After that we meet in my office for follow up questions (I usually have plenty), we do measurements, photos and body fat test to establish a starting point.
Following that appointment I write your complete program, email it to you and we schedule a call to discuss its implementation. Your program is a prescription to reach your goals. It covers not only what changes we will make but also explains why we are doing it “this” way.
Phase One lasts 90 days and focuses on:
adding better quality foods,
cleaning up your diet from processed foods,
developing new habits,
improving the health of your gut,
improving energy levels,
In the beginning of second and third month we will meet in office or over the phone to track progress using a questionnaire provided.
We will also do a daily 90 days food journal. Food journal is used for two reasons:
To help you implement the program, and to make you more confident that you are doing it correctly. It is not to track calories or points!
To help me make sure that you eat enough food. Often times when people start eating differently they tend to under eat, because they are not as confident with their choices. Food journal will give you and me a peace of mind.

Phase Two lasts 30 days and focuses on:
Introducing you to tools that will help you keep the body fat you lost off forever, slow down the aging process and improve you health even further. This phase was designed to prevent yoyo dieting and decline in your health as you age.
We will do a 30 day email journal to track your implementation of these tools.
At the end of 120 days, we will retake measurements, photos and body fat test.
Phase Three lasts 8 months and focuses on:
Making sure you stay on a healthy path that you were on for the last 120 days. I follow up with you via email on monthly basis for up to 8 months, to check up on you.
I chose to offer this program as a whole year transformation, because I believe, if you do something for the entire year, with good results, you are going to continue for the years to come!
The goal of the Nutrition Coaching Program, to:
Make sure you are not going to bounce back to your previous ways that caused fat gain and made you less healthy.
Teach you how to listen to your body, by restoring the natural senses of hunger and satiety, so that you can enjoy your life, food worry free and truly eat what you want, as it should be.
Eliminate your cravings and improve the quality of life.
Inspire, support and hold you accountable to achieve the goals you set out for yourself.
Price for the Nutrition Coaching Program is $800.00 for the Entire Year. Breaks it down to only $66.6 per month. I do offer flexible payment plan.

Q: How will I benefit from this program?
A: My main goals as your coach are to educate you about nutrition and help you change your habits by helping you understand why they are what they are and how you can subtly shift them for the better.
Knowledge empowers people to make the right choices for themselves. Choice is the biggest power we have. I want you to take your health into your own hands. I want you to feel confident in making nutrition choice. I don’t want you to constantly question if what you are eating is good for you.
We are a creation of our habits. If your current habits are not giving you the results you want, then it’s time to change them. The most successful way to incite meaningful, long-term change is thoughtful introspection, determination, knowledge and accountability. I provide knowledge and accountability, but the rest is up to you!
Q: After my free consultation, when can I begin? Do I have to wait till the beginning of the month?
A: No wait required! As soon as you feel ready, even if it’s the day after our consultation, you can start on any day of the month.
Q: Will I get a set menu/meal plan?
A: No. Here’s why: a meal plan is limiting and contradicts the program’s overarching philosophy - learn how to listen to your body. By working together, I’ll educate you about diet, nutrition and habits so you can make the right choices yourself (instead of following fads that create confusion and yoyo dieting).
Q: Do I need to buy any specialty products to lose weight on this program?
A: No. You’ll purchase and eat real, whole foods readily available at your local grocery store.
Q: What kind of diet do you recommend on this program?
A: I believe the best approach is Balance and Bio-individuality, and that’s what I teach. There is no single diet that works for everyone. I work with you to help you craft a personalized way of eating in relation to what your body really needs at any given moment. Remember, this isn’t another short-term diet but a lifestyle change. This isn’t something that you do for a while and then stop, you keep going as long as you are alive. Just like brushing your teeth :).
Q: Are there any foods you don’t recommend to anyone?
A: Yes, I do not recommend any processed foods that do not resemble any foods found in nature. Check out my Interactive Nutrition Seminars and my blog for more info on processed foods and why I think these should be eliminated.
